    • Assess a child who is unresponsive.
    • Initiate resuscitation efforts, including performing effective chest compressions and rescue breaths.
    • Operate an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely.
    • Manage choking incidents and place a child in the recovery position.
    • Understand and act in situations of sudden collapse.
Target Audience
  • The course is open to anyone working with children, including healthcare professionals, teachers, and caregivers. There are no specific prerequisites, making it accessible to a broad audience.
Duration and Certificate Validity
  • Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate valid for three years. However, the validity period can vary between one to five years, depending on the national resuscitation council’s regulations.

  • Fill out the online registration form with the required information.
  • After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

  • Visit the CoSy ERC website: cosy.erc.edu.
  • Log in or create an account if you don’t have one.
  • After logging in, go to the “Course Calendar”.
  • Find the PBLS course in the calendar and click on it.
  • Follow the registration instructions and fill in the necessary information.
